Where are your stores?
We have two stores in Bali: Canggu (Jl. Canggu Padang Linjong 49E) and Ubud (Jl. Bisma No. 58). Both are open every day from 9:00 to 20:00.
What sizes do you offer?
Most of our pieces are one size, with a relaxed, loose fit that suits many body types. Every product page has a size chart with exact measurements. Some items, like our jeans shorts, come in XS–S and M–L. All pieces are handmade, so measurements can vary by 3–5 cm.
What fabrics do you use?
We work with natural, breathable fabrics: ramie, muslin, cotton (including Japanese and ribbed cotton) and linen, plus satin, rayon, viscose and light denim in some collections. Many pieces have buttons made from coconut shell.
How should I care for my clothes?
Hand wash, or use a delicate cycle at up to 400 rpm. Wash muslin at 30°C with a mild detergent, and don't use bleach. Dry flat, away from heat and direct sun. Iron while slightly damp, using steam. See our Composition & Care page for more.
Do you ship within Bali, Indonesia and worldwide?
Yes. In Bali we deliver by Gojek once you've confirmed your order with us on WhatsApp. Across Indonesia we ship with JNE, which takes 2–5 business days. Worldwide we ship with FedEx to over 200 countries: 1–3 business days to Asia, 3–5 to Europe and the USA, and around 5 to Australia. Orders take 2–3 business days to process. Will I pay customs duties?
Orders shipped outside Indonesia may be charged local duties and taxes. These aren't included in the price or the shipping cost. If anything is due, FedEx will email you.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Orders delivered within Indonesia can be returned within 7 days. Items must be unworn, with tags, in their original packaging. Email returns@countrytextile.store before sending anything back. Lingerie, sale items and gift cards can't be returned. For orders outside Indonesia, we can only accept returns for production defects. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. See our Return policy.
How can I pay?
Online, you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB). Customers in Indonesia can also use e-wallets, QR codes or bank transfer. Both of our stores accept cards.
